When is the advance issued?
The FastCashADVANCE is approved when the IRS accepts the tax return with funds issued as a check printed out of your tax professional's office or loaded onto the Walmart MoneyCard that was handed to you before you left your tax professional's office.
How do I know if I'm approved or denied?
If your FastCashADVANCE request is approved and you requested a check, your tax professional will contact you when your check is ready to be picked up at your tax professional's office.
If you requested a Walmart MoneyCard, and you opted-in to email communications, you will be notified once money is loaded to your card. You may opt-in to email communications from the Walmart MoneyCard website.
If you are not approved for a FastCashADVANCE you will be notified of the denial. Denied advances will not be reconsidered under any circumstance.
