Status of your Fast Forward request

When you apply for Fast Forward by sbtpg, you will receive email and/or text message notifications about the status of your application.*

 

How will I be notified about the status of my Fast Forward request?

We provide notifications via email and/or text message when a Fast Forward request is approved and funds have been successfully deposited into your bank account.

We also send notifications via email and/or text message if a Fast Forward request is declined. In this situation the $25 Fast Forward fee is waived, and the refund is processed as a standard ACH direct deposit or disbursed as a cashier's check that may be picked up at your tax professional's office.

 

Can I check to see if my Fast Forward request was approved?

Once your tax professional has e-filed your tax return you may log in to our website to view the status of your Fast Forward request. You will also be notified by email and/or text message whether your request for Fast Forward is approved or declined.

Fast Forward by sbtpg is provided by Green Dot Bank. Terms and fees apply. To be eligible for Fast Forward, you must have a Refund Transfer for a federal tax refund that is no more than $10,000 and have selected direct deposit. Availability may vary based on your bank participating in Real-Time Payments, IRS pre-notification of pending refund deposit, and availability of funds. $25.00 fee is not charged if you are ineligible. If a new Green Dot card is selected in the tax office, you will receive the federal refund up to five days early without being charged the $25.00 fee. Please check with your tax professional for availability.
